Slitter Operator

Location: Osceola, AR

Marathon Staffing is hiring a Slitter Operator to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you’re safety-minded, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Operate and monitor slitting equipment to cut materials to required specifications
  • Perform basic setup and adjustments as needed for production runs
  • Inspect materials for quality and report issues promptly
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Support production goals and communicate effectively with team members

What you bring

  • Previous machine operating experience preferred (training may be available)
  • Ability to read work instructions and follow procedures
  • Comfort working on a production floor and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
