Senior Manager, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition – Beauty Type: Full-Time Location: Hybrid – New York, NY Our client, a high‑growth beauty brand, is seeking a Senior Manager of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition to lead core HR initiatives and full‑cycle recruiting across the organization. This person will serve as a strategic and hands‑on partner to leadership, helping to build, support, and retain a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment. The ideal candidate brings deep beauty industry experience, strong HR operational expertise, and a passion for employee experience, engagement, and organizational growth. Responsibilities Lead full‑cycle recruitment across multiple functions, identifying and attracting top talent within the beauty industry. Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and long‑term organizational growth. Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience throughout the full employee life‑cycle. Manage day‑to‑day HR operations including employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance. Support compensation, benefits, payroll coordination and HRIS administration, including experience with platforms such as Justworks or similar systems. Drive employee engagement, retention, and learning initiatives that strengthen company culture and team performance. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance feedback, team development, and people‑related best practices. Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, inform decisions and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Must have prior HR and talent acquisition experience within beauty, skincare, haircare, cosmetics, or a closely related beauty CPG brand. 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven success in both strategic HR leadership and hands‑on execution in a high‑growth environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
