Senior Talent Manager

As a Senior Talent Manager, you'll lead strategy for high-profile talent and mentor junior team members. This role demands a proven track record in talent management with the ability to drive revenue and shape careers at the highest level. What You'll Do 01 Lead strategic direction for a portfolio of high-profile talent 02 Mentor and develop junior managers within the team 03 Drive commercial revenue through brand deals and partnerships 04 Identify and sign new talent aligned with MVE's vision 05 Collaborate with leadership on company growth strategy What We're Looking For 01 5+ years in talent management or entertainment 02 Proven track record of closing six-figure brand deals 03 Strong leadership and team management experience 04 Deep industry network across brands, media, and entertainment 05 Strategic thinker with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach Think this is you?
