In this full-time position, you will play an essential role, being the first FOA employee patients come into contact with when visiting our clinics. It is important for every patient to feel seen, heard, and cared for.You will responsible for ensuring all aspects of the check-in & check-out process are handled in an organized and efficient manner including collecting co-pays and patient balances, preparing paperwork, while providing excellent customer service and helping ensure smooth clinic flow.
