Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care for high-risk OB patients in a culturally diverse setting.
• Circulate during cesarean sections ensuring sterile techniques are maintained.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting system.
• Float to meet facility needs while delivering quality nursing care.
• Educate and support mothers and families throughout the childbirth process.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in labor and delivery nursing.
• Advanced certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP.
• Proficiency in Epic or similar charting systems.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
