Branch Supervisor

Responsibilities Provides necessary vision and leadership to operate and grow branch operations Ensures exceptional member service and a strong, cohesive team Manages branch personnel and elevates professional level, competence and knowledge of team members Creates and maintains a strong sales and service culture Evaluates the quality of products and services and service by branch personnel Maintains knowledge of deposit services and consumer lending to support service experiences Supports operations and holds team members accountable for performance Anticipates operational needs and implements streamlined policies and procedures Embraces technological advancements and champions effective integration in operations Develops staff and strengthens professionalism, competence, and technical knowledge Requirements A Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or another related field is preferred 3+ years of prior management experience required Prior lending and/or business development experience preferred Strong sales and member service skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and delegate responsibilities Strong analytical skills and be effective at interpreting and applying applicable regulation Proficient with various Microsoft programs including Excel Hard Skills Branch Operations Management Lending Experience Business Development Sales Culture Development Operational Policy Implementation Soft Skills Exceptional Communication Skills Organizational Skills Multi-tasking Ability Delegation Skills Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance #J-18808-Ljbffr
