• Maintain and support existing relationships within 3PL customers and 3PL warehouses
• Process 3PL customer inbound and transfer material requests
• Coordinate 3PL customer inventory cycle count requests
• Process 3PL customer open order reports, POD requests, and cancelation reports
• Manage the 3PL warehouse process, i.e., process EDI errors, cancel OOS orders
• Maintain 3PL contact list, cross reference material sheet, and 3PL warehouse contacts
• Process new orders for the Panel and Fiberon programs
• Manage the panel production schedule to ensure timely shipping.
• Communicate with Transportation on ready to ship panel orders.
• Perform weekly consignment inventory and direct panel billings.
• Communicate with Woodgrain warehouses and transportation on Fiberon stock and special orders
• Answer inbound customer calls
• All other duties that may be assigned
