Job Description As the Estimator , you will support the preconstruction team while learning best‑in‑class estimating practices. Reporting into senior preconstruction leadership, you will be responsible for: Assisting with quantity takeoffs and cost estimates across multiple project types Supporting bid preparation, subcontractor outreach, and scope leveling Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents Helping analyze subcontractor proposals for accuracy and completeness Maintaining organized estimate files and cost data Collaborating with project management and operations teams Learning internal systems, processes, and the company's approach to estimating MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
