Schedule
- Monday-THURSDAY, 6:00am-4:30pm
- Build, repair, and maintain tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges
- Operate a range of shop equipment, including:
- Lathe
- Mill & Milling Machine
- EDM (Electrical Discharge Machine)
- Drill Press
- Surface grinders and other manual machining tools
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T
- Perform high-precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Troubleshoot tooling issues to support production efficiency
- Document tooling changes, updates, and repair history
- Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams
- 3+ years of tool making or tool & die experience preferred
- Hands-on experience operating Lathes, Mills, EDMs, Drill Presses, and Milling Machines
- Strong blueprint reading and machining skills
- Ability to maintain tight tolerances
- Experience with CNC machining is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
