Translate business questions into analytical approaches, asking great questions, forming hypotheses, and testing them with data.

Communicate findings to teammates, stakeholders, internal customers, and leadership—tailoring the message to the audience.

Collaborate cross-functionally to define metrics, streamline reporting, and identify out-of-the-box solutions to real problems.

Strong Power BI skills - build and maintain dashboards, connect to data sources, manage refreshes, and publish/share content with appropriate access controls.

Strong Excel skills – clean, organize, and maintain tables to support analysis.

A passion for solving problems, finding creative, practical solutions, and continuously improving how work gets done.

Strong ability to identify patterns, spot inconsistencies, and explain what they mean in plain language.
