Morgan Properties is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at a 197-unit apartment community in Wayne, PA (Stratford Station). As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Property Manager, strengthening resident satisfaction, and ensuring the community operates efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Do:

• Support daily property operations including leasing, resident relations, and administrative functions
• Assist with rent collections, financial reporting, and accurate ledger/accounting practices
• Partner with the Property Manager to ensure occupancy and retention goals are met
• Maintain strong resident communication and help resolve concerns in a timely, professional manner
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure work orders and unit turns are completed efficiently
• Support compliance with company policies and fair housing standards

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in multifamily property management or leasing required
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in financial and administrative tasks
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, teammates, and vendors
• Familiarity with property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, or similar preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
