Vice President Project Finance

Viridan Group is partnered with a boutique renewable energy-focused investment bank in NYC. This client has been succesfull in establising themselves as a leading advisory platform for mid market transactions, and have built relationships with +250 developers, covered ~$2bn tax credit transactions, and generated a $5bn pipeline of transactions.
Following their success in this niche, this client is now looking to develop a suite of new financial products to serve their client's needs. To deliver on this, they are now looking to hire a new VP of Project Finance. At a high level, responsibilities for this position will include:
- Identifying new target markets (pref equity, debt, M&A)
- Design the transaction structures
- Originate Developer & Investor relationships
- Manage transactions from term sheet to close
