Division: Hilton Scottsdale Resort and Villas

Description: The Director of Rooms will provide strategic leadership for all Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence, maximizing financial performance, and developing high-performing teams while ensuring brand standards are consistently achieved.

Professional Experience:

• 5–7 years of progressive hotel leadership experience.
• Experience leading Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
• Proven success managing budgets and labor costs.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and brand standards.
• Experience with hotel property management systems preferred.

Academic Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Hospitality certifications are a plus.
