Endocrinologist - Outpatient Primary Care + Hospital Support Location: Fall River, MA Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join an established physician-led multispecialty practice in southeastern Massachusetts. This is a primarily outpatient endocrinology role with limited hospital responsibilities and collaboration with hospital-based APPs. New fellowship graduates are welcome to apply. What You'll Do See approximately 20 patients per day Manage adult endocrine conditions, with a strong focus on diabetes and thyroid disease Provide comprehensive outpatient consultations and follow-up care Collaborate with APPs managing hospital patients Participate in a shared call schedule with 2 other endocrinologists Maintain accurate clinical documentation Perform thyroid FNA if desired and appropriately trained - no procedures are required Schedule Full-time 4 clinical days + 1 administrative day per week Shared call with other endocrinologists and APPs No routine on-site hospital supervision of APPs required Compensation & Benefits Around $275,000 base salary, based on experience Sign-on bonus Quarterly practice-performance bonus opportunity Partnership potential after approximately 3 years Physician-owned and physician-managed organization Strong PCP and specialist referral network Collaborative clinical environment Clinical Resources Continuous glucose monitoring Weight-management program Osteoporosis management Thyroid ultrasound and optional FNA Easily accessible laboratory and imaging services eClinicalWorks EMR in the office and Epic in the hospital Qualifications MD or DO with completed Endocrinology fellowship Board Certified or Board Eligible New graduates are welcome Massachusetts license or eligibility for licensure Eligible for hospital privileges Strong interest in diabetes and thyroid disease Additional endocrine interests or expertise are welcome About The Area Enjoy southeastern Massachusetts with convenient access to Providence, Boston, and Cape Cod, while living and practicing in an established community with a strong need for endocrine care. #J-18808-Ljbffr W3Global
