Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) – Day or Night Shift | $33-$37/hr | McKnight Place Extended Care 2 McKnight Place, St. Louis, MO 63124 Pay: $33.00 – $37.00/hour (based on experience; higher pay available for RN) Schedule: Day Shift: 7:00am–3:00pm (Full-time) Night Shift: 11:00pm–7:00am The Environment: McKnight Place Extended Care is not a typical clinical facility. Your Impact: In this role, you are more than a clinician — you are a leader on the floor. Your responsibilities include: Providing and overseeing direct nursing care for our residents Supervising and supporting nursing assistants to ensure a cohesive team environment Administering medications and providing prompt response to emergencies Maintaining clear, professional communication with residents, families, and physicians Ensuring accurate documentation within electronic health records Qualifications: Active, unencumbered Missouri RN or LPN license CPR certification required; IV certification preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in skilled nursing, hospital, or similar clinical environments Strong leadership skills and a commitment to professional standards Physical ability to meet the demands of the nursing role Why McKnight Place Extended Care?
