Key Responsibilities for the Lead Accountant:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
• Manage general ledger activities and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Analyze financial data and support management reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives as needed
Qualifications for the Lead Accountant:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Progressive accounting experience, including general ledger responsibility
