What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 35-bed Level III NICU
• Manage a high-acuity neonatal population with an average daily census of 25–29 infants
• Deliver advanced neonatal interventions, including high-frequency ventilation and therapeutic hypothermia
• Participate in well-baby rounding two weeks per month in collaboration with the Family Medicine Residency Program
• Participate in a rotating service schedule and every-other-night call during service weeks
• Collaborate with 24/7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage and pediatric subspecialists
• Provide family-centered care and contribute to a collaborative, academically supported clinical environment

What You Need

Required

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in the applicable specialty
• Ability to provide neonatal care in a Level III NICU
• Ability to participate in rotating service coverage and call responsibilities

Preferred

• Experience with high-acuity neonatal care
• Experience with high-frequency ventilation and therapeutic hypothermia
• Interest in collaborative, academic-supported clinical practice
