Job Requirements Overview of responsibilities: To lead Grace Pointe Childcare Development Ministries in providing an age-appropriate, holistic Christian development ministry for children eight weeks to PreK. Summary of Duties: To lead the Childcare Ministry of Grace Pointe Church of the Nazarene by: Ensuring a safe, caring, and Christian educational environment for young children. Developing a curriculum and program in cooperation with the GDCDM Board & GP pastoral staff. Encourage, manage, and coach teachers and staff. Recruit and hire new staff. Managing facility use and ensuring a safe environment. Creating and maintaining an operational budget. Marketing the Ministry. Communicating clearly with parents and staff. Overseeing Food Services.
