Remote Data & Billing Strategist Analytics & Invoicing

The Data & Billing Strategist is a high-impact operational role responsible for driving both the financial execution and reporting intelligence of the firm. This individual owns the firm’s billing processes with precision and consistency while simultaneously serving as a key contributor to operational visibility, analytics, and business performance tracking. The right candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, highly analytical, and genuinely energized by numbers, dashboards, reporting, and identifying trends within data. They should be able to move seamlessly between executing bi-weekly invoicing, reconciling financial information, building Excel dashboards, pulling reports from multiple systems, and translating raw data into actionable operational insight. This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing clarity to complexity and takes pride in building organized, reliable, and meaningful reporting systems. The Data & Billing Strategist will work across platforms such as Clio, HubSpot, Notion, Excel, and other operational tools to support operational visibility related to performance, revenue, KPIs, workflow efficiency, and firm growth. This is not a traditional billing or administrative position. It is a strategic operational role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems through data, and wants to directly contribute to the continued growth and scalability of a mission-driven law firm.
