Key Responsibilities Lead project and client management for commissioning projects Oversee internal commissioning operations, including staff scheduling and resource management Manage and supervise commissioning activities across multiple active job sites Maintain quality control standards across all commissioning services Collaborate with design teams to support Electrical and HVAC services, particularly in controls and Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) areas Qualifications and Skills Strong desire for continuous learning and career advancement in commissioning and controls Proven project management skills with attention to detail and quality assurance Ability to travel up to 50% as needed Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, self-manage workload, and lead teams Ability to troubleshoot complex Electrical and HVAC systems and their associated controls Education and Experience Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing large-scale commissioning or retro-commissioning projects Expertise in TAB and/or HVAC controls strongly preferred Experience using commissioning project management software preferred Background in HVAC or electrical systems engineering beneficial Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Industries Building Construction Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Pension plan Disability insurance Paid paternity leave Child care support Paid maternity leave Get notified about new Electrical Specialist jobs in Atlanta Metropolitan Area . #J-18808-Ljbffr Edison Smart®
