Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care for individuals and families through all life stages from children to seniors.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or currently possess) an active Louisiana medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are a plus.
