Large law firm located in Midtown Manhattan is currently seeking an Office Service Associate. If you have great customer service, this role might be the perfect fit for you!
Responsibilities: - Monitor meeting schedules and ensure conference rooms are accurately set up. - Prepare and maintain coffee stations and assigned kitchen areas. - Clean and reset conference rooms after meetings. - Coordinate food and beverage orders and maintain catering supply inventory. - Answer phones and assist with hospitality center operations. - Communicate meeting requests, concerns, and deadlines with management and clients.- Assist with workflow prioritization and process improvement initiatives. - Operate basic audio/visual equipment as needed. - Lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance available when needed. Qualifications: - HS Diploma or equivalent is required. - At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, housekeeping, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional phone etiquette and a positive, self-motivated attitude.
