At Lifetime Roofing, we’re not just selling roofs—we’re solving problems, building trust, and protecting our community. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Representative ready to take their career (and earnings) to the next level.
This role is perfect for someone who’s driven, coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced, boots-on-the-ground environment. You’ll have unrestricted territories, access to shared company trucks, and extensive in-house training to set you up for long-term success.

What You’ll Do
Door-to-door lead generation and canvassing
Perform roof inspections and educate homeowners on damage and solutions
Assist customers through insurance claim process professionally
Attend adjuster appointments and install days
Maintain strong follow-up with homeowners and insurance companies
Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and trust
Stay organized and consistent with CRM and team updates
Requirements
Reliable vehicle

Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Willingness to door knock and generate your own leads
Compensation
$60,000 – $150,000+/year (Uncapped Commission + Bonus Opportunities)
