Current Traction Multi-million dollar monthly revenue with strong contribution margins 90% Meta, 10% Google — driven by high-velocity creative testing and performance optimization Why This Role Exists Our client is preparing for global expansion across every major paid media channel — TikTok, YouTube, TV, affiliate, influencer — and into international markets. To lead this transformation, they need a world-class CMO who has scaled DTC wellness brands and managed $100M+ in ad spend. This isn’t a brand-only or performance-only seat. This is a full-stack growth operator role with end-to-end accountability for turning this brand into a billion-dollar category-defining company. What You’ll Own Build and lead a global, multi-channel marketing organization capable of deploying hundreds of millions in ad spend efficiently Own paid media expansion (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, TV, Influencer, Affiliate) with rigorous ROI discipline Creative & Brand Leadership Partner with creative, product, and ops to refine positioning at the intersection of performance, aesthetics, and customer identity Drive high-velocity creative testing models that win through superior storytelling, not commoditization Team Building & Operations Recruit and develop a world-class team of growth, brand, and performance marketers Manage marketing P&L with full accountability for scalability, efficiency, and growth velocity Retention & Expansion Evolve customer lifecycle and community strategies to drive long-term value and brand devotion What Success Looks Like A repeatable, scalable marketing system that efficiently deploys $100M+ in ad spend across channels and geographies Successful expansion into global markets with measurable contribution to top-line growth Transform this brand into the household name for luxury at-home wellness — a category-defining leader Required Experience Who We’re Looking For 10+ years in growth, performance, and brand marketing within wellness, consumer luxury, or DTC Proven track record managing $100M+ total ad spend in scaled consumer brands Deep expertise in creative testing, offer strategy, multi-channel attribution, and lifecycle economics Leadership & Mindset Empathetic operator with exceptional judgment, taste, and strategic rigor Passion for wellness, design, and building culture-driven consumer movements Comfortable with ambiguity and building from proven foundation to global scale Ready to Build the Future of Wellness?
