IT Support Technician
Jobtailor
Assist the client with IT field technician work throughout the surrounding area Configure, image, prepare, and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices Provide Tier 1 technical support during deployments Assist users with device setup, login access, and peripheral connectivity Escalate issues as needed Travel between two locations within Edwards, Colorado Report at the client's location in Edwards, Colorado Requirements Ability to configure, image, and prepare desktops, laptops, and mobile devices according to established IT standards, security protocols, and deployment procedures Experience with IT support preferred Provide Tier 1 technical support during deployments Comfortable working in a medical facility Must satisfy client requirements, including proof of required vaccinations and drug screening Adherence to HIPPA privacy regulations Must have a car for travel between two locations within Edwards, Colorado Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance required Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service Completion of a background check required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in configuring, imaging, and deploying desktops, laptops, and mobile devices while providing Tier 1 technical support in a medical facility. Adheres to IT standards, security protocols, and HIPAA regulations to ensure quality service delivery.
