Registered Nurse Med/Surg ER

The Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical and Emergency Room care provides skilled nursing services including patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning. This role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care, assisting with examinations and rehabilitation, and maintaining accurate medical records. The nurse is expected to uphold high standards of nursing practice and participate in quality assurance and training activities. Responsibilities: Required Skills & Certifications:

• Current valid state Nursing License.
• Certification in CPR, ACLS, TNCC, NRP, and STABLE.
• Strong communication skills.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience preferred.

• Experience in Medical/Surgical and Emergency Room nursing.
• Competence in obstetrical and newborn care.
• Participation in quality assurance and staff training initiatives.

• Work in a smoke-free, indoor patient care environment.
• Frequent exposure to biohazardous materials and communicable diseases.
• Compliance with HIPAA and organizational compliance programs is mandatory.

• Full-time position, 36 hours per week.
• Shifts available on days or nights.
• Non-exempt status.
