Behind the iconic Move collection and signature High Jewelry creations, the Maison stands as a singular voice in international luxury. As part of its continued development in the United States, Messika is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for a 6-month temporary contract . Based in New York, this role is key to ensuring excellence in inventory management, repair coordination, and customer service, while supporting sales teams and maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy expected in the luxury jewelry industry. Key Responsibilities Register, quality control, and store incoming merchandise in a timely manner (including stock, consignment, and asset returns) Responsible for the organization of inventory, tools, supplies and workspace Support fulfillment efforts by pulling orders ahead of dispatch Facilitate the movement of merchandise for events and orders Coordinate and organize routine inventories Ensure the correct enforcement of headquarter’s rules and procedures regarding inventory management and quality control Responsible for managing customer inquieries and repairs; in addition to providing clear product information Responsible for the intake and facilitation of repairs through a local provider Provide outstanding customer service and follow‑up on all repairs Liase with headquarter’s customer service department regarding deadlines and shipments on all special orders. Support the Sales Directors in providing customers with clear and detailed infromation pertaining to their customer’s inquires, while maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times Profile & Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in a related industry; back‑office jewelry experience strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field Hands‑on experience with jewelry inventory management Strong prioritization and time‑management skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Creative problem‑solving mindset with a willingness to learn Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with all levels of the organization Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Strong computer literacy; solid command of Microsoft Office, including Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr
