About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Advisor to the Chief Political and Advocacy Officer. This role is pivotal in advancing the organization's ambitious goals across various social justice issues, including reproductive freedom, voting rights, systemic equality, immigration, trans justice, and criminal justice. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and thought leader, ensuring that the department's activities align with the vision of the Chief Political and Advocacy Officer. Responsibilities include managing the Chief's time, preparing for meetings, and overseeing the execution of key strategic initiatives. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, driving fundraising efforts, and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth within the department. Applicants for the Senior Advisor position at the company should be highly skilled and experienced individuals with a proven track record in leadership, partnership, and strategic capabilities.
