We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and motivated  Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in general automotive repair, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and general automotive services on a variety of vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently.
• Perform brake, suspension, steering, cooling system, and other general automotive repairs.
• Mount, balance, repair, and replace tires as needed.
• Complete vehicle inspections and emissions testing when properly licensed.
• Properly document vehicle inspections, diagnostic findings, repairs, and recommendations.
• Utilize  Mitchell1automotive management/CRM software for repair orders, vehicle information, and estimates.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding vehicle concerns, recommended repairs, and completed services.
• Manage time effectively and prioritize work to meet daily productivity and scheduling expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow established shop procedures and safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and shop personnel.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and ensure repairs are completed correctly and efficiently.
