Lead Tech, Radiologic Technologist - Waukesha Memorial - 1.0 FTE, Days

What You Will Do: Provides in-depth knowledge of imaging techniques and clinical practice for equipment and procedures within the modality practiced. Consistently demonstrates the ability to produce quality images while serving as a technical resource to staff within their modality. Will strictly adhere to policies and procedures established within radiology and shall role model the behaviors associated with excellent customer service. Requirements: Radiologic Tech (WI License) Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) ARRT Registration Must meet the minimal licensure requirements of modality specialty. (State of WI for CT Technical Specialist and Diagnostic Technical Specialists) Three years of radiology experience in an acute care clinical setting. Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills needed to effectively communicate to staff. Preferred Experience: Previous leadership experience or a clinical career demonstrating a progressive increase in roles and responsibility.
