Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality medical-surgical nursing care to patients on the 4 East unit.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with procedures such as NG tube management, IV placement, and Foley care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and safety.
• Document patient information accurately in Meditech EMR system.
• Respond promptly to patient needs, demonstrating time management and teamwork skills.
