The impact you’ll make Join Lam as a Customer Service Support professional, where you'll be a pivotal part of our commitment to delivering exceptional pre‑sales and post‑sales service. You'll support managing customer retention, resolving concerns, and tracking customer inquiries through enterprise systems. Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams, you’ll help to resolve inquiries, review warrant claims, and manage return materials authorization (RMA) processes. Your support ensures efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction, contributing to Lam’s customer excellence. Who we’re looking for Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
