Customer Service Coordinator

A local client is seeking to hire a Customer Service & Parts Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated and dedicated while ensuring excellent customer service. Some of the duties include: Key Responsibilities Answer incoming service and parts calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. Create and manage Field Service Orders (FSOs) accurately and efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive customer experience and high levels of satisfaction. Utilize industry knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and service needs. Perform a variety of administrative and support tasks as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation within company databases and systems. Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and managers to support daily operations and achieve departmental goals. Qualifications Ability to work independently with sound judgment and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong multitasking and organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills and a professional telephone presence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems. Flexibility, adaptability, and a creative approach to meeting customer and business needs. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of customer service, service coordination, or parts-related experience preferred, ideally within a similar industry. Work Environment Position is based in an office environment.
