Part-Time, Teaching-Track Faculty Positions in Political Science and International Relations

Overview The Department of Political Science and International Relations in the Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California invites applications for part‑time, teaching‑track faculty positions for the fall 2026 and spring 2027 semesters. The position is open to the ranks of Instructor, Lecturer, Adjunct Assistant Professor (Teaching), Adjunct Associate Professor (Teaching), Adjunct Professor (Teaching), Assistant Professor of the Practice, Assistant Professor (Teaching), Associate Professor (Teaching), and Professor (Teaching). Successful candidates would teach up to two undergraduate courses during the academic year. Qualifications Applicants should have completed a PhD in a relevant field and show evidence of teaching excellence in the fields of Political Science and International Relations.
