Want to get paid to work in fitness? No certification or experience needed we'll train you, certify you, and pay you while you learn.

We're looking for 12 people at Workout Anytime Lenoir who are into fitness and good with people. You'll learn our RAMP coaching system a structured, science-based program that gives members personalized workout plans and get paid to do it. This is a real career path, not a side gig.

What you'd actually do:

• Help members with goal reviews, body composition scans, and strength assessments

• Teach members how to follow their custom workout program

• Monitor progress, answer questions, and adjust plans as needed

• Build genuine relationships with members over months and years

• Cover the front desk as needed (check-ins, tours, keeping the gym running)

No cold calling. No commission pressure. Just coaching.

What you get:

• $10/hr base + 40% commission on every training session delivered (typical effective rate: $14$24/hr depending on session volume)

• We pay for your personal training certification (worth $500+) you keep it forever

Pay structure breakdown:

• Base rate: $10/hr for all floor time

• Paid training sessions: You earn 40% of the session rate ($14, $16, or $18 per half-hour session depending on session tier)

• RAMP orientations and unpaid appointments: $12/hr ($10 base + $2)

• A trainer running 35 sessions per shift typically earns $15$21/hr effective. Higher volume means higher pay.

• You do NOT need a personal training certification (we'll pay for it)

• You do NOT need prior gym work experience

We're a 24/7 gym at 340 Blowing Rock Blvd in Lenoir. Small team, locally owned, not a corporate machine. You'll work directly with the owner, learn the business, and have room to grow.
