Assistant Project Manager

Position: Assistant Project Manager Location: Muskogee Area, OK Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:0 AM-4:0 PM or 6:30 AM-4:30 PM Work Environment: 100% Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination support Manage project documentation, data entry, and paperwork with a high level of accuracy Process and maintain bills of lading, purchase orders, and supporting documentation Assist with construction submittals and track required documentation Support onboarding processes and related paperwork Maintain organized project records and follow up on outstanding items Utilize Microsoft Excel and other computer systems for tracking, reporting, and data entry Coordinate with project team members, vendors, and other stakeholders Assist with material and documentation needs between nearby work locations Manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Attend project meetings and assist with follow-up items as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Computer savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong documentation and data entry skills Knowledge of construction submittals and/or onboarding processes preferred Previous project coordination, construction, or administrative experience is a plus Quick learner with the ability to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable and comfortable traveling between nearby work locations as needed Motivated to grow professionally with the potential to advance into a Project Manager role Fuse3 Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
