What You'll Do

As a Recruiter at Nxt Level, you'll become a talent advisor, salesperson, researcher, coach, and advocate.

You'll:

• Hunt for exceptional candidates who aren't actively looking for a new job
• Build relationships with people and understand what they actually want from their careers
• Help candidates think bigger about what's possible for their future
• Learn our clients' businesses, teams, cultures, and hiring needs
• Identify and engage people who could become transformational hires
• Conduct candidate screens and evaluate skills, motivations, and career goals
• Advocate for candidates throughout the interview process
• Prepare candidates to succeed in interviews and important career conversations
• Navigate objections, rejection, setbacks, and changing priorities
• Build a pipeline every day instead of waiting for opportunities to come to you
• Compete to create results for our clients, candidates, team, and yourself

What Success Looks Like

Recruiting is a results business.

There will be unanswered calls.

People will tell you no.

Candidates will change their minds.

Clients will change requirements.

Deals you thought were finished will fall apart.

And then you'll wake up and go again.
