Recruiter Position
Our client, a retail chain of home improvement and agriculture stores, is seeking a Recruiter for a 2 month contract position in Brentwood, TN. This role is hybrid, onsite 3 days per week.
Day To Day
This position is responsible for high volume sourcing & screening of field-based positions.
- Work to source and hire qualified candidates for mobile clinics at designated field offices.
- Interview and screen applicants for applicable background and skills, culture fit, and the ability to fit into the organization and function effectively.
- Communicate job requirements to candidates.
- Research for resources to recruit the best talent for open positions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience.
- Must be comfortable speaking with field based hiring managers and be able to effectively communicate both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and creative skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws relating to non-discriminatory hiring practices and best practices in recruiting.
- Experience with all Microsoft applications is required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
Pay Rate- $37.93- $39.29/ hour
