Job Summary

Responsible for assisting in ensuring maximum guest service and satisfaction, food quality and standards of service.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assists in complying with all food, health and safety regulations.
• Schedules, evaluates and trains team members on assigned shift.
• Reviews and make suggestions to hire, transfer, evaluate, assign and discipline all team members on assigned shift.
• Confers with Food and Beverage Manager concerning operations deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
• Sets priorities for all team members on shift and provides assistance as needed.
• Evaluates and resolves guests' issues in prompt and professional manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills And Abilities

Must have strong culinary background in fine dining food management with solid work history. Must have the ability to obtain an ABC permit issued by the Alcohol Beverage Commission of Mississippi. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies or members of staff. Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables. Ability to perform normal mathematical computations in regard to the implementation of current duties.

Education And Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience necessary.
