Position Overview:
As an Account Associate , you will focus on nurturing relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met while identifying opportunities to enhance their coverage. You'll also support the agency's growth by pivoting current relationships into additional sales, making you a critical link between customer satisfaction and business success.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Conduct policy reviews to identify gaps in coverage and recommend additional products that align with client needs.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify opportunities for referrals and cross-selling.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions, ensuring compliance with agency standards.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
