About Our Agency

I opened my agency in June 2020, and today I lead a passionate team of five. Before launching my own office, I worked at State Farm Corporate as a New Agent Specialist, where I had the opportunity to coach and support new agents as they built their businesses. That experience gave me a strong foundation for building a successful agency — one rooted in relationships, service, and community.

Insurance runs deep in my family — I’m a proud third‑generation State Farm agent continuing a family legacy that started with my father. In fact, our office is located in my family’s very first home, which makes what we do here even more meaningful. I’m also a proud wife and mom of three kids, and family values shape everything about how we operate.

Community involvement is at the heart of our mission. We’re proud sponsors of the Worthington Partnership’s Sunday Funday events, and I serve on the Women’s Business Network committee for the Worthington Chamber as well as the Leadership Worthington class. We believe in giving back to the community that supports us.

Role Description

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Janna Bidlack - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
