Due to a retirement - We are seeking a Senior Accounting Associate to become an integral part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Entering payables and credit card charges
- Review and process complex AP transactions
- Investigate AP exceptions
- Back up to AR and invoicing functions
- Assist with weekly Payroll
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Perform any other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in accounting or commiserate experience
- Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
- Experience in data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Experience with Microsoft word and Excel
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy office environment
- Experience with Deltek Computer Ease software a plus
