About the Role

The Company is in need of a Vice President, Prime Services Quant Strat to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing quantitative models and analytics that support equity financing and delta one trading activities. This includes building Python-based libraries and tools for daily use by traders and business stakeholders, as well as analyzing large datasets to identify market trends, optimize inventory usage, and improve capital efficiency. The role is front-office focused, with a significant amount of interaction with traders, sales teams, and senior business stakeholders, and requires the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously and influence quantitative strategy across the business. Applicants must have VP-level experience as a Quant, Quant Strat, or Quantitative Analyst in a front-office environment, with a strong understanding of equity products and markets. Advanced Python development skills, a background in statistics, mathematics, and quantitative modeling, and experience working directly with trading desks and business stakeholders are essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience in equity financing, prime services, securities lending, or delta one, and be familiar with products such as equity swaps, futures, options, repo, and margin lending. Knowledge of optimization techniques, data-driven decision frameworks, and exposure to visualization tools and modern software engineering practices is preferred. Excellent communication skills are a must, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
