Packer / Material Handler
Job Summary:
Responsible for handling, moving, picking, packing, and preparing materials and products for production or shipment while maintaining accuracy and safety.
Duties:
- Load, unload, and move materials using manual or powered equipment.
- Transport materials to designated storage or work areas.
- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare materials for production or shipment.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock control.
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, packing, or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- As part of onboarding, all Spotters complete a background check and drug test through our screening partner. By applying, you consent to this process when we reach that step.
