Registered Nurse Medical Surgical

$1787.04/week - Job Summary: Seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a medical-surgical unit. The RN will support patient recovery and ensure excellent clinical outcomes in a fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing medical-surgical treatment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor and document patient progress using Meditech documentation system. Administer medications, treatments, and perform procedures as per unit protocols. Respond promptly to patient needs and assist with emergencies and complications. Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and unit-specific guidelines, including floating policies. Qualifications: Valid RN license with at least 2 years of clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing. Demonstrate strong teamwork and compassionate patient care skills. Have proficiency in Meditech or comparable electronic documentation systems. Hold current certifications as required, such as BLS and ACLS. Able to work evening shifts, including 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule. Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced hospital setting and follow protocols.
