Role Description The Kitchen and Bath Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jacksonville, FL. This position is responsible for designing functional and aesthetically appealing kitchen and bath layouts that align with project specifications and cabinetry product offerings. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with trade clients to understand project requirements, preparing detailed design plans and 3D renderings, and selecting appropriate cabinetry solutions for multifamily, residential, and commercial projects. The designer collaborates closely with the sales and operations teams to support accurate project estimating, order processing, and installation planning. The role also involves providing professional customer service, answering design-related questions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product lines, design trends, and building standards. Qualifications Strong Kitchen & Bath Design skills, including space planning and product specification. Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities to support professional trade clients. Sales and consultative skills to recommend cabinetry solutions that meet budget, design, and project needs. Hands-on knowledge of Cabinetry construction, finishes, and hardware options. Proficiency with 2020 design software and basic computer skills. Experience working with contractors, builders, or in a building materials environment preferred. Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and project documents. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management in a fast-paced setting.
