Cargo Duty Manager

Responsibilities Manage and control the entire operation for the customer airline including Office, Warehouse & Ramp. Develop and direct work assignments for supervisory teams and agents for both the warehouse and office. Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing for the operation and manage day‑to‑day labor requirements. Provide on‑the‑job training and ongoing team member professional development opportunities. Serve as point person for customers and management to minimize or eliminate potential delays. Observe and enforce all AGI and airline safety regulations as well as company policies. Assure that all operational equipment is safe to operate and report any discrepancy. Actively search for and report to station management any future business opportunities. Assist with all warehouse and office team duties (safety walks, cargo handling, aircraft servicing, operating GSE around aircraft, etc.) as needed. Have extensive understanding of cargo operations and customer internal SOP. Conduct and participate in company and customer audits. Understand and manage operational KPIs. Provide excellent customer service through written and verbal communication. Create and implement corrective action and preventive measures for all related safety and operational incidents. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications Ability to work in a team environment and manage conflict while under pressure. Possess excellent organizational and planning skills, both orally and written. Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Office products. Must be customer focused and have quality awareness. A minimum of 2 years of industry leadership experience. Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact professionally with team members and customers. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Physical Requirements Lift up to 70 pounds (32 kg) on a regular basis. Carry heavy items up and down stairs. Climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently and for extended periods. Work outside in all types of weather, around jet and machinery noises.
