• Starting Pay: $22 - $23.50 per hour (based on experience)

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) , you'll help residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity by:

• Providing compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Building meaningful relationships with residents while promoting independence and well-being

• Encouraging social engagement and participation in daily activities

• Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team

• Creating a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and cared for

• Working alongside nurses and caregivers to deliver exceptional senior care

• High school diploma or GED

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (preferred or as required by state regulations)

• At least 6 months of experience as an HHA, Caregiver, CNA, PCA, PCT, or DSP

• Memory Care experience is a plus

• Compassionate, dependable individuals who enjoy helping seniors live their best lives

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
