Vice President of Engineering

Leading a global team of engineers, the full-time remote Vice President of Engineering will manage the development of an AI-driven offensive security platform, oversee product innovation, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive technology initiatives that support rapid company growth. Key responsibilities Lead, hire, and mentor a global engineering team to build and enhance the Offensive Security Platform Own the technical vision and architecture, ensuring scalability, stability, and resiliency of the platform Drive the adoption of best practices in engineering design and development, leveraging AI technologies and agile methodologies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field 15 years of software development experience, including 5 years in SaaS cybersecurity product development Strong multi-cloud engineering experience and familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools Experience leading distributed international engineering teams and establishing engineering standards Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript (React), with knowledge of additional technologies like Node.js and cloud environments (GCP, Kubernetes)
