Graphic Services Specialist

Purpose:

The Graphic Service Specialist supports the company's various graphic projects, including packaging design, print production, product labeling, sales materials and other company design needs.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Creates packaging mock-ups (physical & digital) for sales team presentations and customers.
• Manage designs and create mechanical artwork files for customers.
• Resource for graphical & technical questions and projects for AOD departments to aid in company graphics, marketing, sales & other communication projects.
• Support sales team with input and maintenance of company product specifications into customer databases.

Other Required Responsibilities:

• Assist with other projects such as AOD's corporate identity, company marketing, printed materials and the like.
• Other department responsibilities as necessary.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Associates degree or design certificate preferred or similar emphasis.
• Minimum of 2+ years professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong project management skills
• Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to learn and grow with a small but dynamic team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work safely in plant and farm environments. Must be comfortable working around machines, farm equipment and animals. Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Regular standing, walking, bending, stooping, and sitting in various positions for long periods of time. Use of hands to finger, handle, grasp and reach with hands and arms for long periods of time. Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, and crawl. Available for regular scheduled travel via automobile or airline.
